Diploma Admission Result 2026 (Diploma in Engineering) for the 2026-2027 session is published by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board through btebadmission.gov.bd. The first phase result is scheduled for 29 September 2026, after the admission test held on 26 September 2026.
Diploma in Engineering Admission 2026-2027 Schedule
- Online application: 29 August – 18 September 2026
- Admission test: 26 September 2026, 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- 1st phase result: 29 September 2026
- 1st migration and 2nd phase result: 2 October 2026
- 3rd phase result: 7 October 2026
- 3rd phase confirmation: 7 – 8 October 2026
- In-person admission at the institute (1st and 2nd phase): 10 – 11 October 2026

Admission Test 2026
Unlike previous sessions, applicants for the 2026-2027 diploma courses must sit a written admission test. The test is held on 26 September 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The merit list is prepared from the test result together with the SSC or equivalent result and the applicant’s choice list of institutes and technologies.
Eligibility
Students who passed the SSC or equivalent examination in 2024, 2025 or 2026 can apply for the first semester of Diploma in Engineering, Diploma in Agriculture and Diploma in Fisheries. English-medium students with O-level certificates including Physics, Mathematics and English with at least a C grade in five subjects are also eligible.

- Visit www.btebadmission.gov.bd.
- Open the admission result section for the 2026-2027 session.
- Log in with the application ID and the credentials shown on the portal.
- Check the allotted institute, technology and shift.
- Complete the online confirmation within the given time.
Phases and Migration
The diploma admission still runs in phases. The first phase result comes on 29 September 2026, the first migration and the second phase result (from the waiting list) on 2 October 2026, and the third phase result on 7 October 2026 with confirmation on 7 and 8 October. Students confirmed in the first and second phases attend the institute on 10 and 11 October 2026 to complete the admission, and classes begin on 11 October 2026.
