Diploma Admission Result 2024 (Engineering)

The BTEB Diploma Engineering Admission circular for 2024-2025 has been published. You can find it on the BTEB admission website at btebadmission.gov.bd. Only eligible candidates can apply online for the Polytechnic diploma engineering admission.

The Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) has released the new Diploma Admission Circular for the 2024-2025 session. The admission process begins in June, right after the SSC Exam Results 2024 were announced.

With the SSC results now available, it’s time for new admissions to diploma courses as well as general education or college admissions. This article will explain how to apply for diploma admission in 2024 and provide other important information for candidates.

Diploma Admission Circular 2024

The BTEB (Bangladesh Technical Education Board) has released the Admission Circular 2024-2025 for Government & Non-Government Diploma Engineering programs. These programs last for four years and are managed by BTEB. The admission process is online. Both government and non-government institutions have their admission notices and application procedures. Instead of an admission test, candidates are chosen based on their academic background. BTEB offers Diploma programs in collaboration with government or non-government institutions, depending on the applicant’s preference. Before applying for admission, it’s crucial to decide which program suits you best.

Eligibility

If you’ve completed your SSC or an equivalent exam in any year, you can apply for the BTEB Admission Program 2024. However, you need to meet certain criteria. Candidates, whether from government or non-government programs, will be selected based on specific requirements for each program.

Here are the eligibility criteria:

• Candidates who passed the SSC or Equivalent exams in 2022, 2023, or 2024 can apply.
• You need a minimum GPA of 3.00 in Mathematics/Higher Math and a total GPA of 3.50.
• If you’ve completed a two-year trade course from the Technical Education Board, you’re eligible to apply.
• Your age should not exceed 22 years.

Diploma Admission Form

Before you apply for Diploma admission, you need to know a few things. The application fee for BTEB Diploma admission is 150 Taka. You can apply to a maximum of 15 government and non-government institutions. You can only submit one application per shift. To pay the application fee, you can use Teletalk, Rocket, or Surecash. After paying the fee, you can submit your application on either www.btebadmission.gov.bd or www.bteb.gov.bd websites. Without pay you can’t apply-

Payment Instructions

1. Dial *322# on your mobile phone.
2. Select the “Payment” option.
3. Choose “Bill Pay”.
4. Select “Self” or “Other” (if paying for someone else, provide their mobile number).
5. Enter Biller ID: 220
6. Input Bill Number as follows: <Passing Year><Board Code><Roll><Shift> (Example: 2020DHA123456A)
7. Enter the amount: 150 Taka for Single Shift or 300 Taka for both shifts.
8. Input your Rocket PIN Number and confirm the payment.
9. Note down the reserved DBBL Transaction ID. You’ll need it for the next step of the online application.

Note: The Board short code consists of the first three letters of your Education Board’s name.

Form Fill-Up

1. Visit www.btebadmission.gov.bd and click on “Diploma Admission” to open the application form.
2. Enter your SSC Roll, SSC Board, SSC Pass Year, and Registration Number.
3. Proceed to the next step and input the Transaction Code you received after making the payment.
4. Upload a recent passport-size color photograph (maximum 50 KB in JPG format).
5. Prepare your Institute and department choice (Preference List).
6. Review all information and if correct, submit your application form.
7. If needed, you can edit your application before final submission.
8. After submission, you’ll receive a PIN Number. Keep this PIN Number reserved for editing your application or future references.
9. If your online application submission is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation PIN Number. This PIN Number is essential for editing your application form (if needed) and for future references.

Diploma Admission Result 2024

The BTEB Diploma admission result will be announced on July 1, 2024. Following the declaration of the 1st merit list, the authority will release the 2nd and 3rd merit list admission results. If you have applied for BTEB admission, you can check your result on our website.

How to Check Diploma Admission Result 2024

The Diploma Admission Result 2024 for all public and private, marine technology institutes, and TSC in Bangladesh is now out. You can check your result online or through SMS.

To check your result online, follow these steps:

1. Visit the official admission website: btebadmission.gov.bd.
2. Go to the “Diploma in Engineering” option.
3. Click on the “Result” option.
4. Enter your SSC or equivalent roll number.
5. Select your SSC or equivalent board.
6. Choose your SSC or equivalent exam year.
7. Click the “Next” button to view your result.

You will also receive an SMS with your result on the scheduled date.

Admission Confirmation

Candidates selected in the 2nd phase must confirm their admission to the diploma program from July 15 to July 18, 2024. Failure to confirm by this date will result in the cancellation of your selection. Here’s how to confirm your admission:

Payment Methods

You can confirm your admission by paying Tk. 385 through either Rocket or SureCash. Below are the steps for each method.

Confirm via Rocket USSD

1. Dial *322#.
2. Select “Pay Bill” by dialing “1”.
3. To pay from your own account, dial “1” and select “Self”. To pay from another account, dial “2”, select “Other”, and enter the applicant’s mobile number.
4. Select “Other” by dialing “0”.
5. Enter “288” as the Biller ID.
6. Enter “R + Passing year + first three letters of board name + SSC/equivalent roll number” as the Bill number (without spaces).
7. Enter “385” as the amount.
8. Provide your PIN number.
9. Save the payment confirmation SMS.

Confirmation via Rocket App

1. Log in to the Rocket app.
2. Go to the “Bill Pay” option.
3. Enter “288” as the Biller ID.
4. Enter “R + Passing year + first three letters of board name + SSC/equivalent roll number” as the Bill number (without spaces).
5. Enter “385” as the amount.
6. Provide your PIN number.
7. Click on “Pay Bill.”
8. Complete your admission confirmation.

Ensure to complete your admission confirmation using any one of these methods within the specified time frame.

Diploma Admission 2024-2025

Diploma final admissions have begun. It start when the 1st and 2nd merit lists and migration results are out. You have to finish your final admission between August 22 and August 27, 2024. If you miss this deadline, you won’t be able to get admitted. You have to go in person to the chosen institution to complete the admission process. If you don’t confirm your admission within this time frame, your nomination will be canceled.
