XI Class Admission System is the central system for admission to class XI. Its official website is www.xiclassadmission.gov.bd. It is a website managed by the Ministry of Education. Through this, the admission program of all public and private colleges of Dhaka, Comilla, Rajshahi, Barisal, Chittagong, Dinajpur, Jessore, Sylhet, Mymensingh and Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board will be completed. The XI Class Admission 2024-2025 admission process has already started through this website. Students can apply online, view results, and complete other admission-related activities through it. It is now known as IEIMS. Here, we will show you how to fill out an online admission form and check the merit list and migration results.

The official website of the XI Class Admission System 2024 is xiclassadmission.gov.bd. This website will complete the admission program for students in class XI in all government and private colleges in Bangladesh. It is the admission website for all students under the Dhaka, Comilla, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Dinajpur, Jessore, Barisal, Sylhet, and Mymensingh Education Board. Besides, the admission process of students in the Alim in all government and non-government madrasas under the Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board will be completed through this website.

All information regarding admission can be found on the website xiclassadmission.gov.bd. Already, Class XI admission circular, application guidelines, admission policy, application fee payment rules, minimum GPA and group wise number of seats for various colleges have been published. Students can apply for admission in Class XI through this website. If any kind of correction is required it can be corrected within the stipulated time limit by logging in. After the application period, the results will be known through this website.

XI Class Admission System 2024

The XI Class Admission process will be completed through XI Class Admission System in the 2024-2025 academic year. The central admission process of the Ministry of Education is XI Class Admission System. However, the Notre Dame College, Holy Cross College, Saint Joseph College and Saint Gregory College Admission will be completed with their System. 

Class XI admission applications will be accepted in three phases. Three merit lists will be released for the three phases. At each step, students have to confirm their nomination. Also, final merit list will be prepared through two migrations. XI Class Admission 2024 will be done on the basis of final merit list. Let’s take a look at the announced schedule.

২০২৪-২০২৫ শিক্ষাবর্ষে একাদশ শ্রেণিতে অনলাইনের মাধ্যমে ভর্তির লক্ষ্যে তৃতীয় পর্যায়ে শিক্ষার্থীদের আবেদন গ্রহণ সমাপ্ত হয়েছে। পছন্দক্রম অনুযায়ী দ্বিতীয় মাইগ্রেশনের ফল, এবং তৃতীয় পর্যায়ের আবেদনের ফল প্রকাশিত হবে ১২/০৭/২০২৪ ইং তারিখ (শুক্রবার) রাত ৮:০০ টায়।

Apply Online

All students have to apply online for XI class admission 2024. Apply through xiclassadmission.gov.bd website. College preference should be given at the time of application. A minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 choices can be given. At the time of application, the application fee of Tk. 150 has to be paid. The application can be made in three stages.

• Phase 1 Application: 26 May 2024 to 11 June 2024
• Phase 2 Application: 30 June 2024 to 2 July 2024
• Phase 3 Application: 9 July 2024 to 10 July 2024

The XI Class admission application has to be completed in four steps. Let’s see how to fill out the XI Class admission form and pay the application fee.

Step 1: Create an EDU account

• Login to www.xiclassadmission.gov.bd website.
• Click the Sign Up button.
• The “Board Student” option should be selected from student type option.
• Select your Board Name.
• The year of Pass, Registration Number, Roll Number and Captcha must be filled in.
• Click on the submit button.
• View your information and correct any errors.
• Now enter religion, mobile number and confirm mobile number.
• Enter your birth registration number if available (optional).
• Your IEIMS account will be created.
• Login now.

Step 2: Login

• Click on the login button from xiclassadmission.gov.bd.
• Enter your EDU ID in the Username field
• Enter your password
• Click the Sign in button.
• Change your password.

Note that after logging in for the first time, the student must set a password of his/her choice. You will need to sign in using this password later and the temporary password will no longer work.

Step-3: Application Fee Payment

• Login to xiclassadmission.gov.bd website.
• Go to the Student Dashboard.
• Click on the Submit Application Fee button.
• Click the Sslcommerz option.
• Select Mobile Bank.
• Select your mobile bank (bKash, Rocket, Nagad, OK Wallet).
• Click on the confirm button.
• Enter your account number.
• Click on the confirm button.
• Enter the verification code.
• Enter your PIN.
• Confirm and complete the payment.

This example has been given for bKash Payment. Other options are almost similar. A student can apply online only after successfully paying the application fee. One can apply to a maximum of 10 colleges and a minimum of 5 colleges by paying application fee of Tk 150 through any medium. Let’s see how to fill out your application form in the next step.

Step 4: Apply online

• Click the Apply button while logged in.
• Select colleges according to preference.
• Select the required quota, group, shift version etc.
• Select your quota if you have one (FF Quota or Other).
• If all information is correct, click on the submit application button.

Step 5: Edit application

The applicant can update the application later as required. The application can be revised a maximum five times within the prescribed period. Edit preferences, add new colleges etc. 

• Login to the XI Class Admission System website.
• Enter the Update Application menu.
• Complete the necessary updates.
• Click on the Update Application button.

Admission Result

XI Class Admission Result 2024 will be published in several steps. Three merit lists will be released to apply in total three phases. 1st Migration Result will be published along with second merit list and 2nd Migration Result will be published along with third merit list.

• 1st Merit List: 23 June 2024
• 2nd Merit List and 1st Migration Result: 4 July 2024
• 3rd Merit List and 2nd Migration Result: 12 July 2024

All the students selected for admission will be informed about the result through SMS. Also, the result can be known by logging on to the XI Class Admission System website. Let’s see how to know your merit list and migration result.

• Complete the login.
• Click on the selection menu.
• Check your detailed results.

Admission Confirmation

If you are selected for admission in any college and you want to confirm admission then you have to complete the admission confirmation within the stipulated time. If you do not confirm admission your nomination will be canceled and you will not be considered for migration. In that case you can apply again at the next step. The selection has to be confirmed after the release of the result of each phase. However, if the college changes through migration, confirmation is not required again. Phase wise confirmation period and confirmation rules are as follows.

• 1st Phase: 24 June 2024 to 29 June 2024
• 2nd Phase: 5 July 2024 to 8 July 2024
• 3rd Phase: 13 July 2024 to 14 July 2024

For XI Class Admission Confirmation, follow the steps below.

• Login to XI Class Admission System website.
• Enter the selection menu.
• Select “Yes” if you want migration facility.
• Click the Confirm Selection button.
• Pay the confirmation fee.

Final Admission

The final admission process will start after the results of all the steps and the migration process. Final admission will start on 15 July 2024. Last date to complete admission is 25 July 2024. All confirmed students have to complete the admission in the nominated college within the stipulated time. The student must complete admission in the last nominated college through migration.

In case of change of college through migration, there is no way to return to the previous college. Follow the instructions of the nominated college to complete the admission. Admission should be completed in person or online along with prescribed admission fee, required documents. The admission instructions will be available on the notice board or website of the respective college.
